We always recommend having a level of rodent defense in the form of bait stations. Price is based on a service frequency of every 60 days.
Includes:
- This service includes the insect pest defense and addes rodent defense.
- This includes service for 4 weighted rodent bait stations placed and service at each visit and device recorded on the service report sent by email.
- The roof rat population is growning throughout the valley and bait stations are population control.
NaturZone Pest, Rodent & Mosquito Defence Plan

When mosquito control is added to a service, the frequency will need to be monthly in order to maintain consistant control.
Includes:
- Pest and Rodent service (2 bait stations) plus a choice of the following mosquito treatment:
- Choice #1 includes treatment with “Zone Out” which is a Botanical plant based “Essential Oil” mosquito killer and repellant.
- Choice #2 is placement and management of one In2Care mosquito trap.
