During our initial pest control service, one of our licensed and trained technicians will do a comprehensive inspection to determine what kinds of pests are on the property and what may contribute to pest problems. We can also offer expert advice on unique pests like bed bugs, german roaches, and termites.

  • We perform a detailed inspection of the property. We will be looking for signs of existing and typical pest infestations, but also those not normally inspected for. This would include rodent activity, areas they might exploit, signs of termites, and areas that encourage pest issues.
  • We will thoroughly bait your property. This will help bring out ants that may be hunkered down in the heat of the day.
  • We apply a preventative barrier around both the foundation and fence line.
  • We inspect and flush out spiders and other creatures from kids toys, patio furniture and other items, and remove webs.
  • Our pros reinspect for any other needs or services to be performed.
  • We discuss any needs regarding the regular service.

Recurring Pest Control Service
