Why Roaches Keep Coming Back

American cockroaches are not well adapted to live within most homes and businesses. They are extremely dependent upon water and will quickly dry out, flip over and die without a good water source. We install a specialized device directly on your home or business’s sewer clean-out, then place a Nuvan Prostrip gas treatment strip inside it. Here’s what happens next:

• Device installation. Our licensed technician locates and accesses your sewer clean-out and installs a sealed device designed to hold the treatment securely in place.
• Nuvan Prostrip placement. A Nuvan Prostrip is placed inside the sealed clean-out. This EPA-registered, professional-use product releases a controlled insecticidal gas vapor that fills the enclosed pipe.
• Vapor penetration. Because the vapor stays contained within the sewer line and clean-out rather than open air, it penetrates far into the pipe and every crack, joint, and hidden space roaches and flies use to travel and breed, reaching pests that sprays and baits never touch.
• Ongoing protection. The controlled-release strip keeps working over an extended period (usually 3-4 months so newly hatched roaches and flies are eliminated as they emerge, not just the ones present on day one.
